Pecan Pie Pudding
I love my protein sweet treats, and this one is truly a winner. With 23g protein, 16g carbs, and 12g fat, this is a pretty macro balanced dessert that is also very filling thanks to the protein count!
I used this nut butter which really take it to the next level as well as these sprouted pecans to sprinkle on top. You can save on these and anything else in the Food Social market with the code: JOYFULEATS
If you like a no bake, creamy sweet treat that's full of protein this is for you!
