- Prepare a double boiler by filling a saucepan with a few inches of water, placing a metal or glass bowl on top, and bringing the water to a gentle simmer over medium low heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate to the bowl and stir until completely melted and smooth
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, using the back of the spoon to form the chocolate into a small circle. Repeat with the rest of the chocolate, leaving about an inch of space between each scoop. Sprinkle with snack mix of choice and place in the fridge to set. That's all!
