Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet use 1 Tbsp oil and cook meat on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, break apart as it cooks.
  3. Add oil, salt, pepper, bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Stir periodically.
  4. Add cream cheese and Worcestshire sauce, stir until combined.
  5. Layer on provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes

You can use other cheeses if you don’t have these. Cheddar and havarti work well also.
