Philly Cheesesteak Skillet (Keto)
This is a fun easy spin on a classic delicious sandwich. One skillet = Yummy dinner!
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 222 Bell Pepper, any color, sliced and diced
- 111 Red Onion, sliced
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, minced

- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 pieces3 pieces3 pieces Provolone Cheese

- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Mozzarella Cheese

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large skillet use 1 Tbsp oil and cook meat on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, break apart as it cooks.
- Add oil, salt, pepper, bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Stir periodically.
- Add cream cheese and Worcestshire sauce, stir until combined.
- Layer on provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
You can use other cheeses if you don’t have these. Cheddar and havarti work well also.
