Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet on medium heat, add the ghee.
  2. Once it's melted, add the garlic and onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes, occasionally stirring to keep the mixture from burning.
  3. Add the mushrooms, carrots, and ground beef.
  4. Chop the beef up into small pieces and continue cooking it until it's no longer pink.
  5. Add the cauliflower rice, coconut aminos, mustard, sea salt, pepper, oregano, and hot sauce.
  6. Mix everything together and cook for 5-10 minutes, just until the dish is hot.
  7. Serve with avocado, cilantro, and hot sauce.
