Pigs in a Blanket
Our favorite "big kid hot dog" all wrapped up. This is an elevated pigs in a blanket perfect for any occasion and requires only a few ingredients & < 30 min!
Ingredients
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz The Lottie: Smoked Pork Sausage, 1 pack
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Puff Pastry, or Croissant Dough
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pepper Jelly, or your favorite jam, we like The Jam Stand Sweet Onion Wino
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning, can also sub poppyseeds or salt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lined baking sheet and cut into squares
- Spread a dollop of jam onto each square
- Slice the Lottie into ¼ inch pieces and place on each square and roll into a little blankie!
- Mix one egg with a tablespoon of water to create an egg wash and coat lightly on each rolled up dog!
- Sprinkle with salt or seasoning of your choice!
- Bake at 375 for 20-30 min until golden brown on top.
- Enjoy!
