Spicy Fusilli Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Calabrian Ground Pork Sausage - Lottie's Meats
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Fusilli Pasta, (we LOVE Zelli and this shape is so fun)
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Tomato Sauce, your favorite (see notes)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, optional, for garnish
- Basil, Fresh, optional, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the Lottieās Calabrian sausage.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, breaking up the ground sausage as you go.
- While sausage is cooking, boil water for pasta. Season with 1 tsp of salt.
- Cook pasta as the box instructs (Zelli noodles don't take long) and drain water.
- Once the sausage is cooked through, drain excess grease & oil and return to pan. Add your favorite š sauce and mix together on low-medium heat until warmed through.
- Add in the drained pasta and top with parmesan cheese (optional chopped basil as a topping to serve).
- Enjoy!!
