Pineapple and Spirulina Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie requires only a handful of ingredients. The banana, pineapple and coconut give this smoothie a tropical feel with the added health benefits of spirulina
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, large
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pineapple, frozen
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Spirulina Powder, or desired amount
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until ultra smooth. Enjoy!
Notes
If you are using a regular banana and it's not frozen, you may not need the whole amount of either coconut milk or orange juice in this recipe. Try adding half the amount of each and continue adding until you reach the desired consistency.
