There's just something about a cookie dough log! But this isn't your ordinary cookie dough - this cookie dough is packed with 14 grams of protein per serving!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cashew Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure, I used Lakanto
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet, I used sugar-free

Process

- Place on top of parchment paper and form a thin log shape.
- Roll up into log and twist the ends to seal.
