Ingredients

- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Medjool Dates
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil

- set oats aside and blend all of the ingredients above in a blender until dates are no longer visible.
- place liquid in a pot on medium heat and allow to simmer.
- add oats and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
- allow to cool and top with desired fruit or seeds.
