Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu
Your regular tiramisu just got an upgrade. This fall-inspired pumpkin tiramisu is what dreams are made of and is sure to please anyone who is pumpkin-obsessed. This recipe is not traditional by any means, but it's a simpler, delicious way to enjoy a themed version of a classic Italian dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Whipped Cream, vegan, if preferred
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Coffee, Brewed

- 28 whole28 whole28 whole Ladyfingers
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Pumpkin Pie Spice, to top

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a bowl, combine whipped cream, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined and set aside.
- Brew your coffee, pour into a bowl and set aside.
- Take each cookie and dip quickly into the coffee, then add to the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.Repeat for remaining cookies. Cut off pieces of each cookie as necessary so they fit in your tray.
- After adding your first cookie layer, spoon the whipped cream on top of the cookies and spread out evenly. Leave enough room for a second layer of cookies and whipped cream.
- Repeat the same process for the second layer of cookies dipped in coffee and align the cookies on top of the whipped cream.
- Spread the final layer of whipped cream evenly over the cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
- Cut into squares, serve and enjoy.
Notes
How to store: place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
