Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
When your kids ask for a yummy afternoon treat, this raspberry chia seed pudding is perfect. It’s like they’re eating dessert, except it’s not. It’s much more than dessert. It’s packed with protein, fiber and extra nutrients that will keep them satisfied and full.
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Raspberries, Organic
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Chia Seeds
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
Process

- In a bowl, add your raspberries. Smash together.
- Then add all of your other ingredients and stir together until it’s well mixed. Place in the fridge to let it thicken into a pudding.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate chips.
