Roasted brussel sprouts caesar salad
If you love Caesar salads, brussels and parmesan cheese, then this recipe is a peerrrrrfecttt match for you.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Brussels Sprouts, sliced in 2-3 pieces
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted
- 0.25 cups0.25 cups0.25 cups Breadcrumbs
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Powder

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahreinheit.
- To prep the brussels, cut off the stem ends and cut into 2 or 3.
- Lay brussels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 10-12 mins, stirring once for even browning throughout. The sprouts should be fork-tender with crispy, caramelized leaves. A little char is okay and will add flavor.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool down a bit, it should be warm.
- In a saucepan, add all the ingredients and stir until brown and toasty.
- To serve, add the cooked brussels to a mixing bowl and toss with dressing. Transfer to plate and grate a generous amount of parmesan on top and finish with your desired amount of garlic breadcrumbs

Do not overcrowd brussels on sheet tray so they won’t steam.
