Sage & Goat Cheese Turkey Meatballs
This recipe came to be when I was dreaming up the perfect protein to pair with my Black Pepper & Goat Cheese Pumpkin Pasta. I wanted something that felt like fall and a warm hug on a chilly day (it's okay you can call me dramatic). Turkey and Sage is one of my favorite combinations (BIG thanksgiving girl over here) and I knew that adding in shallot and goat cheese would make the turkey meatballs go perfectly with my pumpkin pasta!
