so let’s spice it up with this sweet & spicy, mexican-inspired salmon salad 🌶️🥭🐟

loaded with caramelized mango, avocado, cotija, jalapeño greek yogurt ranch, & a simple can of salmon (hello omega-3s 💪) — this one’s bursting with flavor and function.

  1. follow my sauteed frozen veggie hack by adding frozen mangos, peppers, & onions to a skillet; saute until caramelized - allow to cool before adding to remaining salad.

  4. in a separate bowl, make jalapeno ranch, then mix into salad mixture.
  5. serve salad with your favorite tortilla chips + veggies & enjoy!
