Seasoned Potato Wedges with Truffle Aioli
This is the perfect side to any main course! Very simple and packed with incredible flavor! ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 222 Potatoes, Russet, 2 Large Potatoes
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Paprika
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Chili Powder
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Truffle Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Truffle Salt - Primal Palate
TRUFFLE AIOLI
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make the aioli by mixing all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Mix until fully combined, and chill until ready to serve.
- Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl. Lightly coat with avocado oil and ¾ of the seasoning. Mix until evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
- Place the potato wedges in an air-fryer basket.
- Cook on the French fry setting, shaking the basket occasionally to allow both sides to turn crispy and golden brown.
- When the wedges are done, very lightly coat them with more oil and the remaining seasoning.
- Mix very well to ensure that the oil and seasoning is evenly coated.
- Serve with the chilled Truffle Aioli.
