Shamrock Chocolate Bark
Let’s make Shamrock Chocolate Bark in honor of St. Paddy’s Day! 🍀 All you need is white chocolate with some coconut oil so it spreads smoothly, pretzel twists (we used cauliflower pretzels), and dye-free green sprinkles on top.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Pretzel Twists
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sprinkles, Dye-free green

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave).
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread around so it lays flat and even. Arrange your pretzels in a shamrock shape, and break little pieces off for the bottom stem of the clover leaf.
- Decorate with dye-free sprinkles and put in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to harden. Once the chocolate has solidified, break it apart, and enjoy!
