Slow Cooker Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Coconut Milk
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Milk
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Blueberries, and raspberries, or berries of choice, fresh or frozen
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, (or honey)
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Slow Cooker
- Spray slow cooker generously with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH 3-4 hours, LOW 6-8.
Instant Pot
- Spray the Instant Pot generously with cooking spray.
- Add all the ingredients. Stir gently to mix well. Select manual setting. Adjust pressure to high, and set time for 4 minutes.
- Allow for oatmeal to natural release, approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Open lid & stir.
Notes
Your oatmeal will thicken slightly as it cools.
