Slow Cooker Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (GF/DF)

Ingredients
Stuffing
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb US Wellness Meats Ground Beef (85% Lean)
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Jasmine Rice, cooked
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Caraway Seed
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos Garlic Sauce, Coconut Secret, optional
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, small, shredded
Sauce
- 28 fl oz28 fl oz28 fl oz Diced Tomatoes
- 16 fl oz16 fl oz16 fl oz Tomato Sauce
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hot Water
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, sliced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Cocojune Organic Coconut Yogurt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dill Weed, minced
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
To Prepare:
- (Cabbage)
- - in a large pot, boil water on high heat.
- - place cabbage inside pot and allowed to cook for 10-12 minutes to soften leaves.
- - remove cabbage from water and allow to cool.
- - use a knife to release leaves from bottom stem.
- - select the largest and most tender leaves to roll pork with. Reserve, smaller and harder leaves for cooking process.
- - use a scissor to remove the thick end of the stem on each leaf.
- Beef or Pork:
- - combine all ingredients in pork section and mix until meat and rice are blended evenly.
- - use 1/4 cup measuring spoon to portion meat into each leaf.
- - roll meat into cabbage leaves and repeat process until no pork is left.
Cooking:
- - set slow cooker on low heat.
- - line bottom with some of the leftover cabbage leaves.
- - place cabbage rolls into slow cooker, separating each layer with sliced onion.
- - cover with all ingredients listed in the tomato sauce ingredient section.
- - allow to cook for 6-8 hours
Plating:
- - serve with dipping sauce (ingredients above) and fresh dill on top.
