Smores Cookie Bars- Protein
Smores bars- but made with Kodiak mix and a delicious treat the whole family will like!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pancake Mix, Kodiak
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, Scoops
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Granulated White Sugar, Or truvia
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, Sweetener
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Graham Crackers
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Milk Chocolate Bar, Hersheys
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mini Marshmallows

- Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients together. Then mix in wet ingredients. Sprinkle in graham crackers, chocolate & marshmallow bits. I like to leave a tiny bit out of each to put on the top. Place in a greased 7 x 11 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Toothpick should come out with a little bit still stuck to it. Pull out of oven and let finish baking. Store in fridge. Flavors are best after storing in fridge for a couple hours or overnight.
