Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place all the chocolate chips in a 9 inch round baking dish.
  3. Place the marshmallows long side down onto the chocolate chips in a circular motion. You want to cover the entire thing with marshmallows.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are nice and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and dunk in your gluten free Graham’s, scoop up the marshmallowy chocolatey goodness and enjoy. Just be careful because the pan will be blazing hot!

Notes

Don’t try to reheat this in the microwave as the marshmallows expand and heat in seconds and the chocolate will still be a solid rock. The best way to reheat is to pop it back in the oven.

Nice! I tried this out tonight for the first time. I had some extra Hershey kisses that I wanted to use up, so I used about 1/3 of them and chips for the rest, but they didn’t melt very well in the oven, so had to microwave them a little to speed up the process. I also put it on broil at the end to brown up the marshmallows as it wasn’t brown after 5 minutes.

But, it was very tasty, and the whole family approves.
