S’mores Brownies
Currently in my s’mores era and these S’MORES BROWNIES are not to be passed by! These are a fun treat and are gluten free and are lower in sugar than your typical brownie but still taste indulgent. 😋
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour (Bob's Red Mill)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Erythritol) - Lakanto, or 1/2 cup sugar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Redmond Real Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup unsweetened Applesauce
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk, dairy free or regular
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Mini Marshmallows, divided
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins (Simple Mills), or graham crackers, crushed and divided
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix dry ingredients together and then add the rest of the ingredients (aside from chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers) and mix.
- Fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of marshmallows and crushed graham crackers and mix.
- Add to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the rest of the chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of marshmallows, and 1/4 cup of graham crackers.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 min and let sit for at least 15 min to firm up before cutting.
