S’mores No Bake Frozen Treat
If you haven't tried any of my previous cottage cheese frozen desserts (and what are you waiting for if not?!) THIS ONE is non negotiable. What is better than a s'mores protein treat where you don't need to turn on the oven? If you're not a cottage cheese fan don't worry, you don't taste it AT ALL in these.
Savor the end of summer and enjoy these little frozen delights!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Hu Dark Chocolate Gems, or chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins (Simple Mills), or graham crackers, crushed
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mini Marshmallows
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt your chocolate.
- Blend everything aside from marshmallows together until smooth.
- Add marshmallows and stir.
- Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 pan and freeze for 3 hours before cutting into squares.
- Store in freezer and let thaw for a few minutes before eating.
