S’mores Protein Cookies
This may be the best cottage cheese cookie flavor I’ve created (and I’ve created 5 other flavors) - S’MORES PROTEIN COOKIES!
You would never know there’s cottage cheese in here, the marshmallows and chocolate really shine with a hint of graham cracker and lots of protein. - 2 cup2 cup2 cup Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins - Simple Mills, or graham crackers
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Protein Powder - Nuzest
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Gems - Hu
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Real Salt - Redmond
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend everything together except for the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Pour in the chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir.
- Scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet (they will be wet) and slightly flatten before baking (these will spread).
- Bake at 350 for 18 min.
- LET COOL for at least 15 minutes before enjoying so they can firm up!
