Snowman Pancakes
These snowman pancakes are a Christmas breakfast tradition that never fail! It’s a great way to get the kids involved, my boys always love helping to assemble the snowman!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Maple Sugar, Or sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Otto's Naturals Grain-Free Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Snowman Toppings (I used):
- Vegan chocolate chips - eyes + buttons
- Strawberry - hat
- Carrot - nose
- Banana - scarf
- Organic fruit bar - arms
- Monkfruit powdered sugar - snow
- 1. Add dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix in wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- 2. Lightly grease a pan with butter or avocado oil spray. Pour batter onto pan and form small round pancakes.
- 3. Create snowman pancakes using half of a strawberry for a hat, chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, piece of carrot for the nose, slices of banana for the scarf, fruit bars for the arms, and powdered sugar for snow. Serve with a small side of pure maple syrup.
