Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mash banana and mix wet ingredients together
  2. Mix dry ingredients togetherr, then combine with wet
  3. Fold in blueberries
  4. Dust a surface with more flour
  5. Divide dough in 4 and roll out dough into snakes, then shape into circle
  6. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  7. Bake at 375 for 18-19min until tops are golden
  8. Slice and enjoy or toast halves

Notes

Can use egg or just egg white wash. Both will yield desired result, but note when I used a whole pasture raised egg I did get a yellow tint
