Spicy and Healthy Green Tea
With this recipe, we bring the two to harmony. A deliciously spicy green tea that’s healthy, and delicious and keeps you extra toasty under the blanket.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Whole Cinnamon Stick
- .5-1 oz.5-1 oz.5-1 oz Ginger Root, 1 thin slice, or more as desired
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Whole Star Anise, 1 star
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cardamom Pods (whole pods), 1 pod
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Whole Cloves, 1 clove
- 2-4 grams2-4 grams2-4 grams Nepal Tea Collective Ganesha Green Tea
- 1-2 tsp1-2 tsp1-2 tsp Honey, or agave, sweetener as desired

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan or a kettle. Add cinnamon stick, ginger slice, star anise, cardamom pod, and clove to the saucepan. Let the spiced up water sit and cool for a few minutes. (Never add green tea to boiling water unless you want a cup full of bitter brew)
- Add Ganesha Green to the same dish, let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches your desired strength. Use a slotted spoon or strainer, to pour out your spicy brew into a mug.
- If desired, sweeten the tea with honey or agave nectar to taste.
