Spinach Chocolate Chip Pancakes

These spinach chocolate chip pancakes are almost guaranteed to win over the pickiest child. You don’t taste the spinach at all and how can you go wrong when there are chocolate chips involved?

Ingredients
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup One Degree Organic Oats
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Spinach, a large handful
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, dairy free or regular
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend everything together except for chocolate chips. Once smooth, add chocolate chips and mix.
- Scoop onto greased pan and form into pancakes. Flip after 3 min or so on medium low heat.
