Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend the first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl (except chocolate chips) and add the wet ingredients to the bowl. Once mixed, fold in the chocolate chips. Pour 3/4 of the way full into a greased or lined muffin tin. The batter will be thick. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min and let cool at least 10 min before removing.
