- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, will be 1-2 scoops depending on the brand, optional
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Espresso Powder, depending how strong you like it—I find 1 ½ tsp to be just right, see notes for substitutions
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Milk, or milk of choice
- 111 Banana, sliced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Strawberries, sliced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chef's Blend Epic Chocolate: Quinoa Crispies, Chocolate Chips & Coffee - Nana Joes, or granola of choice

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Flax Seed, Whole

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. I recommend using a blender with a tamper to push the ingredients toward the blades while blending. Otherwise, stop to scrape down or stir the ingredients as needed. Add additional splashes of milk as needed to help blend. The consistency should be very thick and creamy.
- Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Espresso options: If you have an espresso machine, you can use 1 shot of brewed espresso. Make sure to let it cool to room temp before adding to the smoothie! You may want to start with 1/4 cup milk, as the espresso shot adds another liquid component. 1-2 teaspoons instant espresso or instant coffee also work.
