- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Espresso, double shot
- 222 Medjool Dates, chopped
- 4-54-54-5 Ice Cubes
- 555 Banana, slices, frozen
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cinnamon, Ground

Notes
Peanut Butter: I use Kirkland’s Peanut Butter, which is a sugar-free option. Paleo Option: Swap peanut butter for almond butter for a full paleo recipe. Sweetness: For a sweeter shake, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup to taste. Frozen Banana: Peel and slice the banana into pieces, then place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight. I love adding a few frozen pieces to my shakes for a creamy, thick texture and that perfect chill!
