Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie
This breakfast smoothie is a great way for your kids to start out their day! There are antioxidants in this, nourishing protein and healthy fats! It’s a great smoothie and taste delicious!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Medjool Dates
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, Scrambled & cooked
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Whole Milk
- 2 - 4 fl oz2 - 4 fl oz2 - 4 fl oz Ice Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until it’s smooth.
- Pour into the desired cup! Let them enjoy!
Notes
You can swap out whole milk for any liquid of choice. This smoothie will make enough for 1.5-2 bottles!
