Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is packed with nutrients! It’s perfect for your baby who has started solids, your toddler who is picky or even you! I bet you will never believe what ingredient makes it creamy!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Strawberries
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, I used the mini
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Medjool Dates
- 4 - 6 fl oz4 - 6 fl oz4 - 6 fl oz Ice Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix together. Add more water if the smoothie is still thick! Pour it into the desired cup and enjoy!
