Strawberry Cold Foam
Move over, Starbucks! There's nothing we can't make at home now. Less ingredients, less sugar and still delicious. This Strawberry Cold Foam is made with a couple simple ingredients, made in a blender so it's easy to make and easy to clean (I throw my blender cup in the dishwasher) and saves time. You can adjust sweeteness by adding more maple syrup or honey after blending. Taste it before you pour it over your coffee and make it how you like it. I hope you love this if you make it!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Brew 6oz coffee or espresso.
- While your coffee is brewing, add strawberries, cream, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender and blend for 1 minute, or until creamy and airy.
- Add ice to a cup and pour as much milk as you like.
- Pour coffee over milk.
- Top with your Strawberry Cold Foam. Enjoy!
Notes
I start with 2tbsp of maple syrup and then adjust accordingly. If the strawberries are sweeter and riper, it may be enough. But if you prefer a sweeter coffee and your strawberries aren't as rich in flavor, you can add more. I recommend starting with the recipe listed, blending the cold foam, and adjusting after!
