Vanilla Cold Foam
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Whole Milk
- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp Madagascar Vanilla Bean Syrup - Transcendence Coffee

- In a small bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, hot water, and vanilla syrup until smooth. Set aside.
- In a jar, combine the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup. Froth with an electric whisk until thick and foamy
- Add about 1 tablespoon of mocha syrup to a glass. Pour in the espresso and stir well. Add ice, then top with the desired amount of vanilla cold foam.
Notes
I don’t like overly sweet coffee so you can increase or decrease any of the components to match your personal taste.
If you can’t find the transcendence vanilla syrup you can sub your favorite alternative.
You will have extra mocha sauce. You can store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.If you want a thicker foam you can decrease the whole milk and increase the cream.
