Sweet & Spicy PB&J Stuffed Dates
Elevate your spring picnics with these decadent treats — chewy dates filled with creamy peanut butter and Profanity Jam’s Habanero Cherry Jelly, then drizzled with white chocolate. A perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory that’ll have everyone reaching for more!
Ingredients
- 888 Medjool Dates, Pitted
- 8 tsp8 tsp8 tsp Cherry Habanero Jam - Profanity Jam
- 8 tsp8 tsp8 tsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 40 grams40 grams40 grams White Chocolate
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Coconut Oil
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Open dates and remove pits.
- Add peanut butter to a piping bag. Add jelly to a separate piping bag.
- Stuff each date with a dollop of peanut butter followed by a dollop of jelly. Approximately 1tsp of each per date; but can use more or less depending on preference and date size.
- Melt chocolate drizzle. In a microwave safe ramekin, add white chocolate & coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals (stirring after each) until fully melted. Drizzle melted chocolate over dates.
- Move to freezer for about 5-10 minutes to allow chocolate to set & Enjoy!
