Tahini Magic Cookie Bars

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- .25 cups.25 cups.25 cups Butter, Salted, Melted
- .25 cups.25 cups.25 cups Tahini
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Tahini
- 14 fl oz14 fl oz14 fl oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut, Shredded
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, & 1/4 cup tahini until combined. Press crumbs into the bottom of the pan.
- Add 2 tbsp tahini to condensed milk & whisk together. Pour the condensed milk & tahini mixture over the crust.
- Add the chocolate chips, pecans, & coconut flakes in even layers on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Press down toppings gently with a fork. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until coconut starts to turn golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
- Serve with an additional tahini drizzle if desired & enjoy!
