  1. Season the tofu with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, cook the mushrooms with a little bit of oil, add a splash of soy sauce and once the mushrooms soften add the kale and tofu.
  3. Then add the curry sauce and chicken broth. Add the ramen and let it simmer for a few minutes until the noodles are cooked.
  4. Top it with some lime juice, cilantro and red pepper flakes - or whatever you feel like!
