  1. In a mixing bowl, add oats, milk, coffee, protein powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least four hours.
  2. The next day, prepare the cream cheese mixture by stirring together the yogurt, softened cream cheese, and maple syrup until combined and smooth.
  3. Serve the overnight oats in a jar or glass. Alternate overnight oats and cream cheese layer finishing with a cream cheese layer on top.
  4. Dust the cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
