Toasted Marshmallow Rice Krispies

Ingredients
- 5 cups5 cups5 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Salted Butter
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Milk, Fairlife
- 5.5 cups5.5 cups5.5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Vegan Protein Powder, Marshmallow CSE (2 scoops)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the butter & milk to a saucepan and melt over medium to low heat. Once butter melts and in marshmallows. Continue stirring until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in protein powder until well incorporated.
- Add in cereal.
- Spray with oil a jelly roll pan (size 10 x 15). Pour the mixture into the pan and press it in evenly. Let cool, then cut into 12 or 24 equal-sized squares. Enjoy!
