Carrot Toddler Snack Cake
This toddler snack Cake is a win in our house. I added hidden veggies to it this time and the kids had no idea. They just thought it was chocolate chip cake and devoured it!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Carrots, Optional
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Optional

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet, Optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- If you decided to use carrots, blend your carriage and a blender until they are almost like a purée. Pour into a mixing bowl.
- Mash your banana. Add to the mixing bowl, along with your eggs and agave. Whisk together. Pour in all other ingredients. Mix together.
- Pour into a brownie pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- ** if you added the carrots, this cake will take a little bit longer and will be more dense than normal cake.
Notes
You do not have to make this recipe with the carrots. The carrots is an option if you want to hide veggies from your kids.
