  1. Prep the salsa.  Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl.  Mix and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Prep the hot honey.  Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl.  Mix and set aside until ready to serve.
  3. Prep the turkey.  Add the ground Turkey to a medium sized skillet.  Brown and crumble over medium heat.  Add the garlic, ginger, salt, and coconut aminos.  Mix well and turn to low.
  4. Let the Turkey simmer on low while the coconut aminos cook into the turkey.  About 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve by placing the Turkey on a lettuce wrap, top with salsa, and drizzle with honey.
