Turkey Lettuce Wraps with Pineapple Salsa and Homemade Hot Honey
Incredible turkey lettuce wraps that the whole family will LOVE!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ginger Root, Minced
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Butter Lettuce
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Pineapple, Diced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Jalapeño, Finely Diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos

- Prep the salsa. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix and chill until ready to serve.
- Prep the hot honey. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix and set aside until ready to serve.
- Prep the turkey. Add the ground Turkey to a medium sized skillet. Brown and crumble over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, salt, and coconut aminos. Mix well and turn to low.
- Let the Turkey simmer on low while the coconut aminos cook into the turkey. About 10-15 minutes.
- Serve by placing the Turkey on a lettuce wrap, top with salsa, and drizzle with honey.
