Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Put a piece of parchment paper on a small baking sheet. Set aside.
  2. In a double boiler on low melt the chocolate, stir periodically.
  3. Chop the nuts, set aside.
  4. Once the chocolate is smooth and fully melted remove from heat.
  5. Pour the chocolate onto parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread out quite thin.
  6. Using a tablespoon and your fingers drizzle the caramel randomly over the chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle the nuts on top.
  8. Chill in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

I keep it stored in the fridge, but we live in Hawai’i so maybe where you live it stays harder. For us I like it snappy so colder is better 🙂
