Remember when this avocado “toast” first went viral? I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. It’s so good! Just top a crispy hash brown with smashed avocado and grated egg and you've got a seriously delicious breakfast ready in less than 5 minutes!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Boil egg for about 10 minutes or until completely hard boiled.
  2. Cook hash brown in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mash avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top hash brown with avocado.
  5. Grate boiled egg right on top of avocado.
  6. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!

Notes

Grating the egg with a cheese grater makes the egg so light and fluffy! It's next level good!
