Vitamin C Shot (Edit recipe)

I always make this when one of us is feeling a cold coming on and start taking several TBS a day. When we are sick, we take this 2-3 a day. This packs an immunity punch and is full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory ingredients to support your body when it’s not feeling its best.

Notes

This won’t be super thin like juice, if you need to to be then you can strain the pulp but the pulp has a lot of nutrients so I always leave it in.
