Vitamin C Shot
I always make this when one of us is feeling a cold coming on and start taking several TBS a day. When we are sick, we take this 2-3 a day. This packs an immunity punch and is full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory ingredients to support your body when it’s not feeling its best.
Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Tangerines (Mandarin Orange), (or 1-2 oranges or 3/4 cup orange juice)
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon, juiced
- 1 - 2 clove1 - 2 clove1 - 2 clove Garlic
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Honey
- 0.75 - 1 cup0.75 - 1 cup0.75 - 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root

- Blend everything together and store in the fridge. Drink as needed.
Notes
This won’t be super thin like juice, if you need to to be then you can strain the pulp but the pulp has a lot of nutrients so I always leave it in.
