Vodka Seafoods Marinara

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Seafood Medley
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper, 1/4 of each
- 0.25 whole0.25 whole0.25 whole Lemon, 1/4 of the lemon
- 4-5 whole4-5 whole4-5 whole Saltine Crackers, or crackers of choice
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Vodka Sauce – Yo Mama’s Foods, 1 jar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil
- Add in the seafood mix, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly
- Add in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Vodka sauce
- Mix until seafood is evenly coated with sauce
- Squeeze the juice of ¼ lemon into the dish
- Let simmer for 10 minutes
- Serve with crackers or over pasta and enjoy!
