This morning drink not only tastes great and takes no time to throw together, but it's also very beneficial for digestion, energy and skin. It contains 10g of protein and 5g of collagen. What a great way to start the day! We know that eating right when we wake up in the morning, especially for women, is so important. I hear a lot of women say they just aren't hungry in the AM, and I get it! This Wake Up Tonic is a great option for you - you still get protein, nutrients and more, without having to feel like you're forcing food. Let me know what you think if you try it!
