Whole30 Italian Sausage and Peppers
This Italian classic is not only delicious and packed with flavor, it's also super easy to make! This satisfying combo can be served over cauliflower mash, mashed potatoes, or roasted potatoes. This is a dish you don't want to miss out on!
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Kielbasa, Whole30 Compatible, sliced into bite sized pieces
- 111 Yellow Onion, diced
- 111 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 111 Bell Pepper, green, diced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped with olive oil
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Beef Bone Broth, Bonafide Provisions
- Cauliflower, mashed (serve over mash or roasted potatoes)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place stainless-steel skillet over medium heat, then add the sliced kielbasa and brown on both sides.
- Once browned, add in onion and cook for 1-2 min, then add in bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes with oil, and bone broth.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and let cook until peppers are tender and most of the liquid Is gone.
- Serve over cauliflower mash or roasted potatoes
