Easy Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks
These gluten free and super easy mozzarella sticks are a must make for your football Sundays! I used fire roasted crackers as my coating, but feel free to use your favorite cracker flavor to bring out the flavor you wish!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Flour

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Gluten-Free Table Crackers, (See above)
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Mozzarella String Cheese, Cut in half

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Process your crackers until breadcrumb consistency is achieved
- Take each halved mozzarella stick and dip in flour, then egg mixture, then cracker crumbs, and place on a plate lined with parchment paper
- Freeze for 30 min to assure adherence
- Place in air fryer, spray with avocado oil spray, and cook at 370 for 3 min. Flip and cook another 2 min
- Enjoy!
