Mummy Pizzas
Ingredients
For the Crust
- Spinach, processed into paste-like texture
- Ground Chicken
- 11 1Egg
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp 2 TbspGluten Free Table Crackers, crushed (sub bread crumbs)
Topping
- Mozzarella String Cheese
- Otamot Pizza Sauce
- Olives, for the eyes

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine together and make into mini circular crusts. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with Otamot pizza sauce for a hefty serving of veggies 🙌🏻 And mozzarella (I used slices of an Organic Valley cheese stick for the stringy affect) and bake another 10 minutes
- Remove from oven & add olive eyes
