Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a small bowl, combine chicken & bbq sauce, then microwave for 30-60 seconds to warm meat.
  2. to 1 tortilla, add bbq chicken, black beans, cheese, cilantro, & other tortilla.
  3. heat a skillet over medium heat & add tallow/oil/butter to the pan.
  4. add quesadilla & fry for 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. while quesadilla is cooking, combine guacamole & pineapple.
  6. cut into 4 triangles & dip with pineapple guacamole.
